Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce CRM which may include technical support for reported bugs, creation of custom reports, management of the data (Contacts/Accounts/Opportunities), migration of data from home grown system and troubleshoot custom workflows and triggers
Assist with user licensing assignments and permissions
Provide continued user adoption support and training for new employees
Assist with Pardot campaigns (Pardot experience is preferred)
Support new employee onboarding
Assist with Webinars (set up, execution, reporting)
Assist with basic hardware issues (troubleshoot PCs, phones, and common programs such as MS Office) if needed
Take part in our continued technology development cycles for our US and International offices
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Salesforce Administrator Certification
Additional Salesforce Certifications (preferred)
Basic technical hardware knowledge
Pardot knowledge/certifications (preferred)
Experience in design and implementation of CRM (preferred)
Experience with migrating data into Salesforce
Strong organizational, written, verbal and analytical skills
Proficient in common computer programs such as excel, word, powerpoint, office
Basic domain management (preferred)
Bachelor' s Degree
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
Availability for occasional travel both domestic and international
