Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

The HR Coordinator will provide specialized support to assist the HR Practices Team with a Corporate wide I-9 audit (U.S. Based employees only).

Qualifications & experience:

Assists in the implementation of short and long term plans for UDI Supplier Requirements.
Assists in monitoring of program progress thereby evaluating the performance of Supplier activities and Global Quality site activities.
Assists in the development and application of data reporting tools for UDI Supplier requirements
Communicate requirements and identify risks and action plans relating to Supplier implementation of UDI.
Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and peers by assisting with problem resolution.
Provides information by answering questions and requests relating to Supplier Controls.
Focuses on customer satisfaction by demonstrated teamwork and empowerment.
Solves problems through a consultative approach and operates with honesty and integrity to provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service to Strategic partners.
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
Must be highly organized.
Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to assist with multiple projects
Must be able to prioritize work and keep accurate and detailed records
Strong administrative skills - planning and organizational skills
Effective problem solving skills
Must be able to analyze and resolve routine issues using independent judgment
Must be able to understand and follow detailed and complex instructions and operating procedures
Bachelor s degree with a strong preference in Supply Chain management.
Proficient on basic computer programs including Microsoft Excel and OneNote.
