Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for all electrical aspects of complex custom
build packaging machines including component specification and selection, generation
of electrical schematics, panel layouts, PLC and HMI code development from scratch.
This person will assume sole responsibility for the electrical design and functionality of
all machines. Only highly qualified individuals will be considered. Relocation assistance
may be available.


: Schematics design, PLC and HMI code development from ground-up
: Support of the Mechanical Engineering team during the R&D phase of new
machines and concepts
: Directing electrical assembly activities such as panel fabrication and component
: Providing technical support for customers and inside sales personnel
: Integration of 3rd party equipments such as feeders, printers, etc.
: Ability and willingness to travel up to 35%, may include international travel, as

: BSEE from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of
relevant experience
: Machines Control Design to include Power Distribution, Motor Controls, Safety
Circuits, Logix (PLC/HMI)
: Proficient in Rockwell' s Studio 5000Logix Designer, high emphasis on motion
programming. Dynamic cam profile calculation, coordinated motion
programming, servo motor sizing.
: Proficient in Rockwell' s Factorytalk View Studio HMI design software.
: Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA-79, UL Codes
: Expert in Autocad Electrical CAD design software
: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
: Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
: Excellent oral and written communication skills
: Excellent troubleshooting skills
: Customer focused with ability to adapt to customer standards
: Ability to travel, driver' s license and passport required
: Eligibility to work in the US, sponsorship is not available
