Sales; maintain existing accounts, target new accounts, cultivate and develop relationships (focus on achieving revenue growth and gross profit expectations).
Concept gaging, fixturing and tooling solutions; work with customers to define scope of work (SOW) and provide a gaging solution to best fit their needs.
Quote sales prices; calculate cost, generate formal quotes, and follow-up with customers to secure orders.
Contract Review; review new PO' s for feasibility and conformity to quoted/defined scope of work (SOW).
Design Kick-Off: work with designers to communicate scope of work/concept.
Design Review; work with teammates to review designs before being sent to customer.
Customer Liaison; point of contact for customers, work with customer to review designs for final approval.
Project Management; track open orders and communicate with teammates and customer on progress.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
Working knowledge of design standards
Ability to interpret customer part prints, CAD Models, and GD&T call-outs.
Knowledge of precision manufacturing practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Experience with Solidworks helpful.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills with a reference to technical sales.
