Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic SAP Functional Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a new SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation, focusing on the critical Procure to Pay module. The role will focus on streamlining business processes, optimizing system performance, and implementing preventive measures to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously analyze and improve Procure to Pay and Ariba processes, driving efficiency and alignment with business needs. Design and implement streamlined processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA's capabilities.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve system issues, collaborating with technical teams. Implement controls and guardrails to prevent future issues and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. Stay current on SAP S/4HANA features, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide support, and ensure seamless integration. Write clear functional specifications outlining system requirements.
- Configure the SAP S/4HANA system to meet business needs. Execute thorough testing to validate system functionality and identify issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ECC: Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred, but candidates with strong SAP ECC experience in Procure to Pay and Ariba modules will be considered.
- 5 + years experience in SAP BA role.
- 3+ years experience within P2P module.
- At least 1 Ariba SAP implementation. (Full Cycle)
- Business Process Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SAP configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Project Management: Experience participating in or leading SAP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
- NO REMOTE ONLY CANDIDATES - Role will work in a Hybrid arrangement within the Grand Rapids, MI area.
