Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards are met and maintained across all products and processes. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
- Analyze and interpret quality data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and identify corrective actions to prevent future quality issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide quality support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct supplier quality assessments and develop strategies for supplier improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs for quality procedures and best practices

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality management system
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, processes, and tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)
- Experience with quality control and assurance methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferences:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- ASQ Quality Engineer certification
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology and tools
