Job Description
- Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and management of product/item data to ensure high, consistent quality. This requires the creation of electronic files coordinated across functional and project team members, and transferring key data into software systems to be used for procuring, planning, testing, and manufacturing of products. Data integrity and time management are critical to support Product Development and Supply Chain initiatives.
- Create and maintain product/item data for -- raw materials, formulas, packaging components, operational documents, and item masters.
- Create, review, and process Change Controls for the data
- Account for the impact within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Objects and Workflows as well as impact/migration into downstream systems
Job Requirements
- Change management / record auditing experience in a PLM system / ERP system.
- Experience with creating, editing, and managing technical documentation.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional project teams, utilizing project management and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision while producing high-quality and timely output.
- Able to react to changing requirements with flexibility and speed.
- Experience creating, updating, and managing Product Data in a PLM / ERP system
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software (Teamcenter and/or Interspec), ERP systems (JD Edwards), Microsoft Office Applications
- Understanding of product structures (BOM)
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
