Install, troubleshoot, and repair components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, and shrink wrappers.
Perform work such as welding, fabrication, assembly, and pipefitting.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair both control and high voltage electrical equipment.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer-driven equipment controls.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair communication systems, such as Ethernet, Gateway, Wonderware.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair product process equipment, such as pasteurizers, blending, smarttop valves.
Ensure work area is clean and organized when repairs, installs, adjustments, etc. Are completed.
Ensure quality of work is performed to maintain high standards in Maintenance department.
Record all data required of area to comply with company standards and customer requirements. All paperwork must be in order and accurate.
Partner with production and quality assurance team members.
Attend communication and technical meetings as required.
Ensure safety rules, procedures, and GMPs are followed.
Ability to make decisions independently.

Thorough understanding of installation and proven troubleshooting skills of single and 3phase (240-480vt) electrical systems, 24vt-110vt control systems, and their components such as motors, vfd s, transformers, relays, contactors, starters, servo drive components, servo motors, encoders, and control/power panel components.
Ability to use electrical schematics, ladder logic, and plc s to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, stretchfilm, and palletizers.
Ability to install & make program operating changes in a beverage prep or manufacturing (production line) environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, & operating sequence.
