Jr. Marketing Coordinator
Our client, a Global Fortune 150 Manufacturing Company, is seeking an Jr. Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Department while an individual is out on maternity leave.
The Jr. Marketing Coordinator will provide primary support to:
Weekly communication with the Advertising Agency reviewing: Chronopost for social media (facebook, instagram)
Organize update and follow up marketing assets among the organization and the advertising agency and the Lamex Markets
Support the trade marketing managers to deploy the Q1 plans (email campaigns, website take over, marketing assets organization)
Track and develop monthly marketing reports with key digital and in store results
Support the marketing department in all critical activities in Q1.
Years of experience required -2 or 3 Years
Education requirements -A degree (or working on one) in Marketing, Communication or Advertising
Computer knowledge required to perform duties -Advance level in Microsoft Office applications, Google, preferably PowerPoint and Excel
Top 3 skills MUST have
Latin America knowledge,
Ability to plan and multitask
English/Spanish languages and Proactivity
Day to Day responsibilities:
Travel Coordination, Approving and submitting Expenses, Calendar/Scheduling, Compiling documents & presentation materials, PO processing, event coordination and logistics, other assignments to aid leaders in managing their time and efforts.

Education Requirements - Associate' s Degree or equivalent experience
