The Implementation-Conversion Analyst will coordinate and facilitate credit card implementation tasks involved in all primary projects that may include internal conversions, external conversions, startup programs and add programs.
Proficiency working in Windows-based systems and attention to detail.
MS Excel knowledge is necessary as this resource will be creating/manipulating spreadsheets on a regular basis)
Typically requires 1 to 3 years implementation and/or conversion experience with a demonstrated ability to handle small project complexity.
Previous BA or Project Coordinator experience in this role this individual will be responsible for some scheduling, planning, and requirements gathering
Professional customer service experience, as this contractor will be working directly with clients on a regular basis
Previous implementation work
Credit card processing experience
Experience working in the Financial Services industry
General Duties & Responsibilities:
May perform special projects upon request and on occasion.
Performs other related duties as required.
Develops strong working relationships with assigned clients and company resources
Manages and communicates expectations internally and externally
Ability to work effectively under pressure, within time constraints and strict adherence to follow up
Maintain and adhere to a unique MS Project Timeline with accurate and current information for each project ensuring project is progressing in accordance with Phase Dates specified.
Meet with potential clients and present project plan and Implementation process
Document new Implementation Process
Other related duties are assigned as needed
Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
