Job Description


This position is responsible for obtaining leads and establishing new business. As required, this position will assist in supporting customer relations for the existing customer base. Will deploy /use brochures, flyers line cards and any other means provided to market the company for acquiring new business. The aggressiveness applied to acquiring new business will factor heavily in performance reviews for this position. This position will be involved in the development of upcoming year projections.
Review leads provided and give input along with written reports as to the outcome.
Use reference books/data to acquire leads for new business.
Review any Customer Support issues that are assigned and perform follow-up as needed or directed.
Visit existing customers facilities to ensure day-to-day business relationships coincide with the reports provided by Customer Support Team, as needed.
Assist Customer Support Team as needed.
Report to the President in writing any discrepancies or dissatisfactions found in the reports provided by personnel, existing customers or potential new customers.
Monitor new sales by dollars and prepare reports that define the increase or reduction of sales for all new business; utilize this data to assist in projections for the year to come.
Follow up on all open and/or potential orders.
Complete other duties as assigned.
