Our client, a food production/packaging company in Grand Rapids is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team. This company is growing very rapidly and needs someone to help keep up with and further drive sales!
Will focus on:
Interacting with current customers, maintaining relationships. Developing new business within existing accounts. Working with marketing to develop new products with existing customers.
70% of the time will be focused on maintaining current business, 30% will be new business development.
Travel to customers throughout the Midwest WI, IL, IN, Ohio, Detroit.
2-3 days on the road 2-3 days in office
Will have access to a company vehicle for longer trips. Monthly stipend for personal vehicle when driving locally
8+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management
Food industry or FDA regulated industry experience would be nice
